摘要
介绍了二维空间中单纯形法及坐标轮换法寻找最优条件的实现过程,讨论了两种方法在确定湿法冶金浸出工艺条件方面的应用及确定浸出工艺条件的可行性。研究表明,以单纯形寻优试验得到的最佳参数值作为坐标轮换法的初始值进行优化试验,计算简便,可用较少的试验次数动态地寻求到最佳试验工艺参数。
The realization processes of two-dimensional simplex method and coordinate alternation method in optimization were introduced in detail,and the application of the methods in searching for the parameters of leaching process in hydrometallurgy was discussed.Leaching of vanadium ore was taken for example,the feasibility of the two searching measures in determining process conditions aspect were also investigated according to the searching results.The main content for the research was to make the optimization experiment of coordinate alternation start with the best results from the simplex optimization,which had easy calculation,the best optimum conditions could be reached by dynamic adjustment with less experiments.
