摘要
研究了利用蒸汽余热加热浸出体系从泥质氧化矿中浸出铜。室内温度影响试验、蒸汽对流给热理论分析、现场工业试验结果表明:采用蒸汽加温,搅拌浸出时间缩短1/2,铜浸出率提高8.72%;蒸汽供热达52.8kW,相当于年节煤535 t,不仅改善了浸出效果,而且节省了能源,消除了对环境的污染。
Making use of the waste heat of steam to strengthen stirring leaching has a good demonstration effect for the energy-saving and emission reduction of wet metallurgy industry.After the experiment of indoor temperature's influence,the analysis of steam convection heating theory,and on-site industrial experiment,had got a great economic benefit.The results show that save half time of steam heating agitation leaching,leaching rate could increase 8.72%,which has considerable benefits.The heat flux provided for stirring leaching from steam can reach 52.8 kW,that equivalent to save coal 535 t/a.This shows,make use of waste heat of steam to increase agitation leaching temperature can improve the effectiveness of leaching,but also save the energy and eliminate the environment pollution.
