摘要
以铝粉、AlCl3.6H2O、稀土氯化物、稀土硝酸盐和蒸馏水为原料,通过调整原料配比、反应温度和陈化时间,经蒸发、结晶制备一种高Al13含量的聚合氯化铝(PAC)和两种新型铝基稀土复合絮凝剂,并分别采用XRD法和化学分析法对产物进行表征。结果表明:PAC组成为5AlCl3.8Al(OH)3.37.5H2O(以下简记为Al13)和AlCl3.6H2O,新型铝基稀土复合絮凝剂的组成中除含Al13和AlCl3.6H2O外,还有原料稀土化合物。稀土化合物的加入对于絮凝剂中聚铝的化学组成基本没有影响,但对其结晶过程和结构有一定影响。
A kind of high Al13 content PAC and two kinds of new rare earth composite polyaluminum flocculants have been made with aluminum powder,aluminum chloride and distilled water.By adjusting raw materials ratio,reaction temperature and aging time,after evaporating and crystallizing,the polyaluminum is acquired.The polyaluminum chloride is characterized by means of XRD and chemical analysis.The results show that PAC consists of 5 AlCl3·8Al(OH)3·37.5H2O and AlCl3·6H2O,and new rare earth composite polyaluminum flocculants consists of 5AlCl3·8Al(OH)3·37.5H2O,AlCl3·6H2O and raw material rare earth compound.Addition of rare earth compound has no influence on chemical constitute of polyaluminum flocculants,but has some influence on crystal process and structure of polyaluminum flocculants.
