摘要
基于信息系统的体系作战炮兵战斗指挥效能评估,通过对影响炮兵战斗指挥优劣的众多因素进行分析,从作战系统的整体观念出发,把无法计量的因素和定量分析获得的数据联系在一起,设计出科学合理的指标体系,并在单项指标评估的基础上,将结果进行综合分析,做出对炮兵战斗指挥优劣的全面统一判断。
Through the analysis on multi-factors determing the fighting performance of artillery,and from the overall systematic view,the immeasurable factors were connected to the data from quantitative analysis.Base on the rational indicator system and individual indicator evaluation,the comprehensive analysis was made for the results and finally make full and unified judgement for the commanding effectiveness of systematic artillery battle.
