摘要
通过向纸浆中添加纳米纤维素、纳米蒙脱土和木聚糖,研究添加纳米材料对纸张性能的影响。结果表明:当在纸浆中添加纳米纤维素的量为0.5%时,各项强度指数提高最大:纸张紧度提高15.6%,耐折度提高165%,撕裂指数提高23.8%,抗张指数提高15.8%,光散射系数下降18.3%。电镜分析表明纳米纤维素的添加可以增加纸张的结合。
We studied the influences of adding nano-crystalline cellulose on paper properties,nano-montmorillonite and xylose into pulp.The results indicated that the properties of paper were the best when 0.5% nano-crystalline were added into the pulp,comparing to the properties of paper with none additives,the improvement of density,folding endurance,tear index,tensile were 15.6%,165%,23.8%,15.8%,respectively,the drop of scattering coefficient is 18.3%.The result of SEM showeds that the nanocrystalline cellulose could improve the fiber bonding.
