摘要
我国多数城市在城市化进程中呈现出交通发展对空间扩展被动适应的"圈层式"发展模式,导致交通拥堵、环境污染等问题日益突出,而交通与土地利用的一体化互动反馈机理是城市生长、变化的重要内因,这一点已经成为规划界的共识。因此要从根本上解决现代城市的"城市病",首要任务还是在规划中落实交通与土地利用的协调关系。我们对通过交通引导发展来推动昆山城乡空间优化发展进行规划实践,希望对长三角地区和我国其他地区类似城市具有参考意义。
Most cities are going through a "circle expanding" mode and the traffic development is passivity fit the space. It makes the problems of traffic and environment more serious. It is agreed by urban planners that the feedback mechanism between traffic and landuse is a very important reason of city development, Therefore, the most important task to resolve the problems of cities is to coordinate the relationship of traffic and landuse. We make a practice of TOD in Kunshan, The writers hope to give an example to the cities in Yangtze River Delta and other areas in China,
