城市轨道交通沿线地下空间规划控制初探

A Preliminary Study of Underground Space Planning Control along the Rail-based Transit

近年来国家加大了对城市轨道交通的建设,沿线地下空间的规划控制日益迫切。结合工程项目实践,针对目前城市轨道交通沿线地下空间的规划控制遇到的一些问题,如地下空间产权、公共地下空间地面附属设施、地下空间之间的连接、地下空间实施时序等,进行一些初步探讨。

Due to massive constructions of urban rail-based transit in China these years, the demand of planning control for urban underground space along the railbased transit is raising. With the project experience of the author, this paper preliminarily studies the issues about planning control along the rail-based transit such as the property right of urban underground space, above ground facilities for public underground space, interconnection of underground space and implementation phase of underground space etc.
