义乌市社区卫生技术人员的培训现状及需求研究

Training Situation of Community Health Professionals and Their Demand in Yiwu City

目的了解义乌市社区卫生技术人员的培训现状及需求,探索综合培训模式,建立社区卫技人员培训的绩效评价体系。方法随机调查接受综合培训与传统培训的社区卫技人员各180人,深入访谈6名社区卫生服务中心主任,采用Access建立数据库、SPSS 10.0统计软件进行统计学处理。结果传统培训内容以临床理论培训为主,培训方式以集中授课为主;综合培训内容主要是医学理论、社区常见病的诊疗规范与护理、社区常见急诊的处理、社区入户技巧,培训方式除传统的集中授课外,还利用网络教学、综合医院轮岗、基地实践等。接受综合培训的社区卫技人员及医疗机构管理者对培训的认可度和满意率明显高于接受传统培训的社区卫技人员。结论社区卫生技术人员提高自身素质的需求与现实培训有一定的差距,建立综合培训模式有利于增强培训效果,社区卫技人员培训应建立起质量评价标准以及绩效评价体系。

Objective To investigate the training situation of community health professionals in Yiwu city and their demand,to explore a comprehensive training model and establish performance evaluation system of community health personnel.Methods Totally 180 community health professionals who received comprehensive training and 180 who received traditional training were randomly investigated.Six directors of community health centers were interviewed.Access software and SPSS 10.0 software were used to establish dataset and analyze the data,respectively.Results For traditional training,its content focused on clinical theory,and the intensive class teaching was the main model of training.While for the comprehensive training,its content focused on medical theory,norm and nursing of diagnosis and treatment of common diseases in community,treatment of commonly encountered emergent cases,and skills on service care at patient′s home;and as for training model,besides the intensive class teaching,there were also web-education,post rotation in general hospitals,and practice in community health service centers.The degrees of recognition and satisfaction in medical professionals received the comprehensive training were higher than those received the traditional training.Conclusion There is a certain gap between the community health professionals′ demand for improving tier own quality and practical training.Establishment of a comprehensive training mode is helpful to improve training effectiveness.Standards of quality evaluation and performance evaluation system for the professionals should be set up.
