国外对华反倾销调查的原因分析与对策研究

反倾销贸易战愈演愈烈,使得我国外贸发展面临严峻挑战。国外对华发起反倾销调查的原因错综复杂,外部原因主要有国际新贸易保护主义、经济因素和歧视性政策,内部原因则主要涉及企业、政府和行业协会等。应尽快调整外贸发展模式、充分利用世界贸易组织(WTO)多边规则、积极推进市场体制改革、加速行业协会功能转型及建立专门反倾销应诉部门,不断提高我国应诉国外反倾销的能力。

The trade fight of antidumping is becoming increasingly fierce and brings huge challenge to China＇ s foreign trade. The causes of foreign antidumping against China are complicated, including internal ones which involve new trade protectionism, economic factors and discrimination policy and external ones which involve the enterpri- ses, the government and the guilds. Our country＇ s ability against the foreign countries＇ antidumping should gradually be improved by adjusting the development mode of foreign trade, making full use of WTO multilateral agreement, accelerating the guilds＇ functional transformation and setting up a special department against antidumping.
