摘要
此研究的目的是检验变革型领导和组织文化之间的关系,以及对组织绩效的共同作用。路径分析发现成就和适应性的文化取向对绩效有直接作用。而变革型领导和人本主义取向通过成就取向对绩效有间接的正向作用。研究的创新性在于发现组织文化在变革型领导对组织绩效的影响中起调节作用。
The study aims at examining the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational culture as well as the joint effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on business performance. A path analysis shows that the achievement and adaptive cultural orientations have a direct effect on performance. Moreover, transformational leadership and humanistic orientation have an indirect positive impact on performance via achievement orientation. The novelty of this study lies in the finding that organizational culture mediates the effect of transformational leadership on business performance.
