政府之“促”与民办高校之“进”的互动研究

On the Interaction Between Government and Private Universities

无论从理论层面,还是从实践层面来分析,政府在促进民办高等教育发展中都占据主导地位。但民办高校亦必须积极应对,在促进中找准位置,定准目标。积极应对的具体内容包括加强师资队伍建设,提高教育质量,规范管理制度等。

In both theory and practice, government has played a leading role in the development of private higher education. In turn, private universities should take active with the government and fully play their own role. The responses and set feasible targets or goals to cooperate concrete actions of private universities should include strengthening the construction of teaching staff, improving the quality of education, and normalizing the system of administration.
