摘要
针对高等体育院校实验室目前管理模式的缺陷及实验室管理固有的特点,从数字化管理的角度提出"主导自控"管理模式框架,对实验管理体系中职能部门与实验室所属教学单位的管理职责、流程进行重新构架,采用层次分析法建立科学可行的管理评价指标体系,最后结合该管理模式运行实践提出建议。
Based on the deficiencies in the current laboratory management mode and inherent characteristics of laboratory management in sports college of China,and from perspective of digital management,this paper put forwards the management framework of autonomous management and self-control,restructures the management responsibilities and process on the staff unit and teaching department.Using the analytical hierarchy process,a scientific system of management and evaluation is established and the suggestion of operating process of the management mode is provided.
