摘要
针对目前高校体育教师教学效果评价信息收集难、整理慢、全面评估困难等的特点,综合考虑学生、体育成绩、同行、专家、领导等评价,提出了一种具有导向、鉴定、改进和激励等功能的高校体育教师教学效果综合评价系统,设计了系统的体系结构、功能结构和运行流程,并对基于模糊综合评估的高校体育教师教学效果评价模型进行了研究,并完成了原型系统的开发。
For the Evaluation of Physical Education（PE） Teaching Effectiveness teaching information-gathering difficult,tidy slow,a comprehensive assessment of the characteristics of difficulty,Considering the students,sports scores,peer,experts and leaderships assessment,a kind of orientation,identification,and motivation to improve functions effect of PE teaching Comprehensive evaluation system was proposed.The corresponding design of the system architecture,functional structure and operation of process,based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation for PE teachers teaching effectiveness model has been studied,and completed the prototype system.
