摘要
运用实验法、文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对高校健美操"小团体队形编排"教学考核方法与传统的健美操教学考核方法进行分析比较。结果表明,"小团体队形编排"考核方法有效地活跃了课堂气氛,促进了技术动作的学习,增加了课堂练习的密度,加强了师生、生生相互间的交流,培养了学生的团队意识,有效地改变纯技术教学的现状,加强了学生创造性思维的锻炼。
With the methods of experimental research, documentary data and questionnaire, traditional examination method of aerobic was compared with the "formation designed by small groups" exami- nation method. The result shows that the Assessment method is ef- fective to active classroom atmosphere, promotes the learning of technical action, increases the density of class exercises, enhances the exchange of teachers and students, trained the students sense of team, effectively change the status of a purely technical education and enhances the students creative thinking exercise.
