我国现代无水港发展及其新颖的通关模式 被引量：3

摘要 无水港是港口功能向内陆城市延伸,并方便内陆客户在当地办理一系列港口运输业务的现代物流新模式,为现代航运提供了一种全新思路。无水港的通关模式为"属地申报,口岸验收",其优势在于:既顺应了内地发展外向型经济的的要求,也为企业降低了物流与通关成本,并可提高通关效率,使港陆运输竞争力大增。我国从渤海湾到珠三角,已形成了相当规模的无水港群。
