糖尿病患者心率信号的功率谱特征分析 被引量:2

摘要 心率信号(HRS)携带自主神经系统功能(ANSF信息。本文分析了87例糖尿病(DM)患者HRS的功率谱数值特征。发现:DM性自主神经病变(AN)的发生率约为68%。与对照组相比较,DM组的总功率、超低频段功率、高频段功率和平衡参数数值具有显著性差异。表明:DM患者可能存在心ANSF的全面减损,迷走神经受损可能稍先于或/和重于交感神经,其中,交感和迷走神经同时受损占较大比例,单一神经受损以迷走病变为主;当ANSF不平衡时,主要表现为交感神经功能相对亢进,因而,运用心率功率谱分析法,可为临床早期预防、诊断、治疗糖尿病AN提供参考。 Heart rate signal(HRS) carries information about autonomic nervous systemic function(ANSF).Powerspectral characteristics of HRS taken from 87 patients with diabetes mellitus(DM) were studied. The resultsfound that the prevalence of diabetic AN was about 63%.Comparing data of control group,spectralindex(TFP.PVV.PHV and RVH) values in DM group were significantly different than those in the controlgroup(P<0.05).The results showed it was possible that the damage of cardiac ANSF in DM patients occured andthat the damage of vagal nerves was more severe or/and occured before the sympathetic nerves in DM patientsaccompanied with abnormalities of ANSF,but the damage of sympathovagal activity was more proportional andtile damage of single nerve was usually vagal nerve. As sympathovagal imbalance,ANSF mainly showed therelatively sympathetic hyperactivity.Hence,using power spectral analysis can provide some information for earlyprevention, diagnosis and treatment of AN.
