重庆市渝中区家庭主妇营养知识、态度、行为(K—A—B)调查分析 被引量:2

摘要 对随机抽样的重庆市渝中区居民173户(家庭主妇151人,家庭主男22人)进行营养知识、态度、行为的问卷调查。结果表明:渝中区家庭主妇维生素A、维生素C、锌等营养素知识较为贫乏;营养态度趋向科学化;家庭主妇营养行为直接取决于其营养知识的掌握程度(bj=0.3418P<0.001),家庭经济状况(Engel指数)对其影响无统计学显著意义(P>0.05);而营养知识主要受教育程度的影响,高中以上文化程度的家庭主妇营养知识掌握最好。结果提示:营养教育可以通过营养知识-态度-行为模式对家庭主妇人群发挥作用。 The nutritional Knowledge - Attitude - Behavior of random samples of 173 housekeepers (151 of housewives,22 of housemen) in Chongqing Yuzhong district was investigated with questionnaires. The results showed: Forthe housewives, their nutritional knowledge about VitA, VitC, Zinc was poor, while their nutritional attitude wasrelatively scientific. Their nutritional behavior largely depended on their nutritional knowledge (bj=0.3418,P< 0.001), meanwhile their nutritional knowledge was influenced mostly by their educational degrees (bj=0.6585,P<0.001).Engel index,which shows the cenomic situation of a family,seldom influenced the housewife's nutritionalknewledge (P>0.05).These results indicated that,allording to nutritienal knowedge-Attitude-Behavior model,nutritional education could effectively guide the target group - housewives to have reasonable diet and toimprove the family members' nutritional condition.
