摘要
个人-组织匹配指的是个体特征与组织特征的相容性,其对个体的工作态度和工作行为具有积极的影响。本文在回顾国内外现有文献的基础上,对个人-组织匹配的概念内涵、测量方式及维度、相关应用研究等方面进行了述评,并指出未来的研究方向和重点。
The person-organization fit refers to the compatibility between personality characteristics and organizational characteristics and it has positive impacts on individual work attitudes and behaviors.Based on the review of domestic and foreign documents,this paper gives a commentary about the conception,measure types and dimensions and the related application researches of person-organization fit.Finally,we propose the research directions and key points in this area.
