高校学生党员培养管理工作初探

A Study on the Management of CPC College Student Members

高校坚持社会主义办学方向,培养和发展学生党员,既是为"十二五"规划顺利实施提供有力的人才支持,又是为我国社会主义现代化事业的成功,中华民族雄立于世界民族之林提供有力的保证。但当前高校的学生党员发展工作还存在不少问题和薄弱环节:没有条件成立单纯的学生党支部,发展学生党员工作力量薄弱,发展程序不够完善、规范,教育管理存在"重发展,轻教育"的现象。针对这些不足,高校党务工作应建立专门的学生党支部,加大学生党员培养上人力和物力的投入,提高学生党建工作干部的政治素质、文化素质和能力素质,制定可行的、有针对性的学生党员培养计划和方案,进而培养出一批政治觉悟较高、业务素质优良、战斗力强,能充分发挥先锋模范作用的大学生党员队伍,努力开创出高校学生党员发展工作的新局面。

The management of the CPC college student members is significant to the construction of our socialist country and thus demands more attention and further improvement： students party branch should be set up,investments on the cultivation of the students party members increased,thus to cultivate a pioneer team of student party members with highly political consciousness,excellent profession quality and strong fighting capacity.
