弹性学制下高职高专财经类人才培养方案考评体系探讨

On the Examination and Assessment System of Finance and Economic Majors of Higher Vocational College under the Elastic Education System

考核评价体系是人才培养方案的重要组成部分。文章对弹性学制下人才培养方案考核评价体系的特征进行了分析,并通过借鉴国外高职教育的先进经验,针对当前我国考核评价体系存在的问题,认为需从进一步完善国家职业资格证制度、建立多元化的课程考核评价体系、建立科学的学分奖励制度等方面来完善弹性学制下高职高专财经类专业人才培养方案考核评价体系。

Examination and assessment system is an important part of the training program for higher vocational education.This paper analyzes the features of the examination and assessment system under the elastic education system,draws on the achievements of higher vocational education of advanced countries,and proposes some existing problems about this system of China.The paper holds that it is necessary to further complete national vocational qualifications certificate system,establish diversified course examination system and create scientific credit incentive system to perfect the examination and assessment system of finance and economic majors of higher vocational college under the elastic education system.
