三维超声血管造影在原发性肝癌中的初步应用

Application of Three-Dimensional Power Angio lmaging in Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma

目的为评价超声三维血管造影检查对血管的显示能力及其应用价值。材料与方法研究３２例ＨＣＣ病人３６个肿块的超声学资料。男２３例，女９例，年龄３０～７２岁，平均５２岁。所有患者均经病理或ＣＴ、ＭＲＩ及介入治疗随访确诊。结果超声三维血管造影对肿块内部血流的显示明显优于ＣＤＥ；对肿块周边血流的显示二者无明显差别。结论超声三维血管造影对ＨＣＣ血管的显示能力强，从而能提高超声对ＨＣＣ诊断准确性。

Purpose To study the effect of three-dimensional power angio imaging on the vascular developing ability with primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)and to evaluate its importance in the HCC diagnose. Materials and methods A total of 32 individuals (23 men and 9 women, mean age 52 years, range from 30 to 72 years)with 36 tumors were studied through ultrasonic data. All patients were diagnosed by pathology,CT,MRI and cure of intervention. Results Three- dimensional power angio imaging could indicate the inner blood flow of the tumor more clearly than color Doppler energy(CDE). There were no difference beween two techniques in indicating the outer blood flow of the tumor. Conclusion Three- dimensional power angio imaging could indicate the blood vessel with HCC more clearly, so three-dimensional power angio imaging could improve the diagnosis by ultrasonics.
