城市基础设施建设与房地产业之间存在着密不可分的内在联系。我国城市基础设施建设和房地产开发之间存在诸多问题。从城市基础设施建设的角度出发,促进房地产健康发展的有效对策应该是树立理性的评价思维,建立合理的基础设施投资对房地产的价格溢出分配机制,完善规划体系等。

There is a compact inner link between the urban infrastructure construction and the realty business.In our country,there are several problems existing between urban infrastructure construction and realty business development.From the urban infrastructure construction perspective,effective strategies to promote the healthy development of realty business should be： establishing the rational evaluation thinking,building the prices overflows distribution mechanism about infrastructure investment to realty business,and improving the planning system and so on.
