时代与社会的发展及专业特点都要求编辑出版专业实行就业导向型教学模式,现在的教学环境、社会环境都为实行这一新的教学模式提供了良好的基础条件。在实施就业导向型教学模式中要建设突出能力培养的课程体系,引进业界人才,改善师资力量,加大实践教学力度,并加快培养出版专业硕士学位。

It is necessary to carry out the teaching mode of Employment-oriented in Editing and Publishing discipline,because of the development of industry and features of this discipline,Favorable conditions have been provided by existing environment of teaching and society for this new teaching mode.to achieve this gool,we must establish a curriculum system with an emphasis on ubility training,introduce industrial talent,inereasing the proportion of pratical course and accelerating the development of master of Publishing.
