大学生人际交往、学习压力对网络依赖的影响

The Influence of Interpersonal Relationships and Academic Pressure on Network Dependence in College Students

目的:探讨大学生的人际交往水平和学习压力与网络依赖的关系。方法:分别采用网络成瘾量表、人际关系综合诊断量表和压力测试问卷对400名山东高校的在校大学生施测。结果:网络正常使用者,即没有网络依赖的占大多数,为63%,网络使用过度者为28.8%,有网络成瘾倾向的为4.9%,网络成瘾者为3.3%;不同网络依赖程度的大学生,他们的人际交往水平和学习压力程度存在着显著差异(P<0.001);大学生的网络依赖与人际关系、学习压力均存在着显著的相关;人际关系水平和学习压力程度对大学生的网络依赖情况有一定的预测作用。结论:大学生学习压力和人际交往水平能够预测网络依赖。

Objective:The goal of this research was to explore the relationship among interpersonal level,learning pressure and network dependence in College students.Methods:400 college students of Shandong Province completed the following three questionnaires: Internet addiction impairment index,Interpersonal comprehensive diagnosis scale and Pressure questionnaire.Results:①The normal users,namely no dependence on the network,who were the majority of internet users,the proportion of them was 63.0%.The proportion of excessive network users was 28.8%,the proportion of users having the tendency of internet addiction was 4.9%,and the proportion of internet addicts was 3.3%.②The interpersonal conditions and learning pressure levels of students who are in different network dependence degrees are of significant difference(P<0.001).③College students' network dependence and interpersonal relationships,the pressure of study are significantly related.The interpersonal level and learning stress level of college students on the network have obvious prediction effect.Conclusion:The learning stress level and interpersonal level of college students could predict the scores of network dependence.
