祛瘀化痰对2型糖尿病糖脂代谢影响临床研究

Clinical Observation of Therapeutic Effect of Eliminate Stagnation and Dissolve Phlegm Prescription on Metabolism of Glucose and Lipid in the Patients with T2DM

观察祛瘀化痰复方中药——丹瓜方对糖尿病患者糖脂代谢的影响。80例患者按数字表随机等分为2组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础治疗上加用丹瓜方。治疗3个月后,观测比较2组患者的血糖、血脂。结果:2组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖基化血红蛋白均有明显下降,血液中的总胆固醇、甘油三脂和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量显著降低,与治疗前比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白较治疗前虽有上升,但无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后的空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三脂均低于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结果表明,祛瘀化痰法有一定的降糖、调脂作用,效果优于常规治疗方法。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of eliminate stagnation and dissolve phlegm prescription by Dan-gua prescription on the efficacy of glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with diabetes.Methods： 80 patients with T2DM were divided into 2 groups randomly,the control group were treated with conventional therapy,beside the conventional treatment above,the treatment group were treated with Dan-gua prescription.The changes of blood glucose and blood lipids were observed before and after treatment.Result： Compared with before treatment,FBG,P2BG,HbA1c,TC,TG and LDL-c were significantly decreased（P0.01）.HDL-c was increased than before treatment,but it shows no statistic difference（P0.05）;After treatment,FBG,P2BG,TC and TG of the treatment group were lower than the control group（P0.05）.The results showed that eliminating stagnation and dissolving phlegmhas certain blood glucose,lipid-lowering effect,the effect is superior to conventional treatment methods.
