潜行跨面吻合血管脐旁皮瓣修复头皮缺损的解剖与临床应用

Anatomy and clinical application of transfacially anastomosed paraomphalic flap to repair scalp defect

目的 :报道应用潜行跨面吻合血管的脐旁皮瓣修复头皮缺损的解剖与临床应用。方法 :将脐旁皮瓣的腹壁下动静脉与面动脉及面前静脉近端吻合。结果 :自 1994年 6月至 1998年 6月 ,临床应用 6例 ,均完全成功。结论 :该手术方法能有效地解决头皮大面积缺损的修复 。

To report the anatomy study and clinical application of transfacially anastomosed paraomphalic flap to repair scalp defect.Methods:Anastomosed the inferior epigastric artery and vein of paraomphalic flap with the corresponding facial artery and vein.Results:From June 1994 to June 1998,6 cases patients were involved this kind of operation and all flap survived satisfactorily.Conclusion:This flap would effectively repair the scalp defect of large area with no effect on the facial appearance.
