摘要
目的 :测试微波辐射下犬股骨的生物力学性能 ,分析微波对股骨强度的影响。方法 :成年杂种犬 12只 ,显露股骨干 ,左侧为实验组 ,右侧为对照组 ,利用微波对股骨干中段进行 6 5℃加热 10min。术后 45d和 90d取材。测试CT值和生物力学特性。结果 :肉眼观察微波辐射区股骨干色泽呈灰白样 ,X线和CT表现同正常对照组。最大压缩强度、弹性模量均与正常组无显著性差异。结论 :微波辐射破坏了骨组织的血供和再生 ,但
To investigate the effects of microwave induced hyperthermia on the mineral desity and biomechanics of canine femur.Methods:The left femurs of 12 dogs were irradiated by microwave of 65℃ for 10 minutes.The right femurs were taken as control.Both the right and left femur of 6 canine were sacnning by CT and evaluted biomechanically at 45 and 90 days after irradiation.Results:The color of the irradiated femur was greyish white.There was no significant difference in CT parameter,compressive stress,strain and elastic modules between both groups.Conclusions:The microwave irradiation may spoil the blood supply and osseous anagenesis of femur,but its mineral density would not decrease at least three months after irradiation
