摘要
从社会性别视角切入,通过对研究型大学367名专任女教师的工作满意度进行了问卷调查,结果显示教师工作满意度存在一定性别差异,表现在女性对校园学术环境、国际化、人际关系等方面较男性满意,但在课题经费的获得、课题的获批、接触学术前沿等研究资源获得方面远不如男性教师。此研究表明缺乏学术资源是女性职业生涯发展中"玻璃天花板"的构成之一。
This paper has explored the job satisfaction degree of the women faculty from a gender perspective based on a questionnaire which has solicited 367 respondents from a research-oriented university.The results show that there are some gender differences in this aspect.It shows that compared with the male counterpart,the female faculty members are more satisfied with the academic environment,internationalization,and interpersonal relations on campus.But they lag far behind their male colleagues in gaining project grants,and have more difficulty in getting access to the academic frontier.This indicates that the lack of academic resources is one of the components of the glass ceiling in women's academic development.
