我国现代物流产业正处在高速发展的阶段,现代物流产业融资的现状是物流基础设施资金需求大、投资回收慢且周期长,融资渠道单一,融资管理网络建设不够完善。融资难问题严重制约着物流产业的发展,可以通过开发性金融通过入股及通过"两台一组"模式,构建物流企业贷款平台等多种方式。

The modern logistical industry in China is developing rapidly,the present issue of the financial leasing in modern logistical industry is that the funds are much needed to the essential construction for the logistical industry,the return of the investment is slow and long as well as the ways to get the financial leasing is so mono and the net-construction of the financial leasing management is not so perfect.The difficulty in the financial leasing constrains the development of the logistical industry.So,we can establish a platform for the logistical industry exploration by developing the ways of financial leasing share-buy and the model of a group with two platforms.
