摘要
电力建设工程项目造价巨大,施工过程中造价控制成功与否已成为影响电力施工企业生存的关键因素之一。程序化管理是一种科学规范的管理体系,将其应用在电力建设工程造价管理中,必然能为电力施工企业科学有效地控制工程造价提供有力保障。本文结合北方某火电厂2×600WM超临界空冷组建设工程EPC总承包项目的EPC总包商造价管理及我院基地建设项目案例,提出一套科学有效的造价管理程序。
Due to the tremendous electric power construction investment,the successful cost control during the construction has become one of the critical factors influencing the electric power construction enterprise survival.Programmed Management is a scientific and standard management system.The Application of the programmed management system in power construction project provides a powerful measure to guarantee the scientific and effective cost control of the project.Based on the cost management of the EPC project contractor for a 2×600MW supercritical,air cooling,coal-fired power units and the case of the base construction of SNPDRI,this scientific and effective cost management program was put forward.
