摘要
本文主要论述了笔者在参加电力行业质量管理奖的评审活动中,对"战略"评审的一些体会。其中包括两项要点:战略的制定过程,战略和战略目标。笔者通过对现场评审的难点,不知如何表达清楚"如何展开",不知收集什么样的证据证等经常遇到问题,就"战略"的评审要点,主要的证实性作材料等方面论述需要评价战略及战略目标的制定的主要方面。同时还就战略、战略目标、预测分析和测量指标体系,在《卓越绩效评价准则》标准中的要求,进行了分析。以便评审内容在标准要求的框架内。
Text discussed some experience to assess stratagem that penman attended assess movement of electric power industry quality management award.include two item cruces: institute process of stratagem,stratagem and stratagem aim.Through often barge up against problems in locale assess,such as don't know how to clarity deliver of "how to spread",collect what kind of evidence.aim at assess cruces of stratagem,primary confirmation datum aspect,it is discussed that estimating stratagem and instituting stratagem.go along analysis for stratagem,stratagem aim,forecasting analysis and measurement system,according to demand of excellence performance estimate rulestandard.so as to assess content is inside frame of standard demand.
