高等教育迈入大众化发展阶段,高校毕业生的就业形势日趋严峻。通过对现阶段高校学生人事档案工作服务毕业生就业中存在的问题进行分析,从丰富档案内容、普及档案知识、依托软件平台、建立电子案卷四个方面来探索推进学生人事档案建设,使其更好地为高校毕业生就业工作服务。

China has already entered the phase of popularization in higher education,and the employment problems of college graduates have been increasingly severe.This article,through the analysis and reflection on current problems concerning college graduates personnel file management,tends to explore ways of promoting student personnel file management to better serve employment work by enriching the content of files,popularizing archive knowledge,relying on software platform and establishing electronic archives.
