论高职校园文化的差异性

On Difference of Campus Cultures among Higher Vocational Colleges

高职校园文化生成、建构和发展的过程,是特殊性和差异性双重特质变奏的过程,而普遍性必须通过差异性来实现。基于对高职教育发展现状的判断,本文作者认为,高职校园价值观、行为制度和物质形象差异化的动态过程是高职院校战略实现的路径诉求。

The culturation,construction and development of the cultures of higher vocational colleges are conbined with specialities and dissimilarities,while the latter one is the passage of the generalization.The paper presents the view point that the dynamic process of difference incultures by means of value,behavior codes and image building which can help the higher vocational colleges to realize their goals.
