摘要
在不断适应教育工作环境的过程中,初入职幼儿园教师的主体认知和心理感受影响着岗位适应的质量。其中,入职境遇、职业认同、专业技能和活动安全是影响幼儿园教师岗位适应的重要因素。规范入职岗位管理、加强岗位适应指导、改进教育实践模式、提高岗位适应能力是幼儿园教师岗位适应的基本保证。
In their processes of adapting to the teaching environments,the cognitions and feelings of new kindergarten teachers have a great impact on the quality of their occupational adaptabilities.Among the issues,salaries,career identities,professional skills and the safety of activities are the most influential factors for them.In order to make sure that the new kindergarten teachers can make full adaptation,the occupational managements should be strict,instructions on adaptability should be given,the mode of practice and the ability of adapting should be improved.
