摘要
介绍了一种C波段宽带上变频器的集成化设计。利用垂直过渡的形式提高了模块的集成度。用HFSS对垂直过渡进行了仿真,结果表明在整个C波段内,输入、输出驻波小于1.07。上变频器采用上、下分腔结构,上腔主要包含混频、滤波、放大功能,下腔主要包含功分、放大功能,上、下腔采用垂直过渡进行微波信号的级联。给出了上变频器的测试结果,带内平坦度小于1 dB,杂波抑制大于60 dB,测试结果验证了设计方法的正确性和可行性。该上变频模块已经用于雷达系统中。
In this paper an integrated C-band broadband up-converter is realized.The level of integration is improved by vertical transition.The vertical transition is simulated by commercial software HFSS.The VSWRs of input and output are less than 1.07 in the whole C-band.The upper and underside cavities are adopted in the up-converter.The upper cavity comprises mixer,filter and amplifier.The underside cavity comprises power divider and amplifier.The microwave signal between upper cavity and underside cavity is connected by vertical transition.The test results are presented to illustrate the efficiency of the method with spurious of-60 dBc and in-band ripple of-1dB.The module has been successfully applied in radar system.
