摘要
目的:研究并建立天麻提取物的纯化工艺。方法:采用大孔吸附树脂与醇溶液调pH沉淀法联用技术对天麻提取物进行纯化。结果:经过工艺优选后,天麻提取物的出膏率为2.33%,其中天麻素的含量为23.50%,天麻总苷的含量为33.52%。结论:该工艺较传统醇沉工艺大大提高提取物天麻素的含量,且工艺稳定、可靠。
This study aimed to establish the best purification technique for the extraction from Gastrodia elata Bl. The condition of purification was confirmed through macroporous resin, alcohol-sedimentation and sedimentation of different pH values. The results showed that the paste rate of extraction from Gastrodia elata Bl was 2.33%, the content of gastrodin and total saponins were 23.50% and 33.52%, respectively. It is concluded that this method is suitable for the purification of Gastrodia elata Bl extraction. Compared with traditional alcohol precipitation method, this process is simple with high transfer content of gastrodin and other main target components. This method is proved to be stable and reliable in the extraction from Gastrodia elata Bl.
