摘要 简要介绍了各种类型的薄层干燥方程,并对薄层干燥技术在农产品、水产品、中药材及其他产品干燥特性研究中的应用进行综合评述。 In this paper,types of thin-layer drying model are introduced,and their applications in drying of fruits,vegetables,aquatic products and some other products are reviewed.
