大肠癌病案信息系统建设、研究与应用

The Development Investigation and Application of the History Case Data for the Large Bowel Carcinoma

目的研究开发针对大肠癌的专用数据库软件,实现大肠癌资料的标准信息处理、网络共享和交流功能,为形成临床、科研统一共享的信息服务系统奠定基础。方法采用NET操作系统,结合Microsoft SQLServer作为数据库系统、目前流行的B/S结构、WINDOWS操作系统平台,用VISULA BASIC语言环境编写服务器程序;参考国内外相关大肠癌资料,共选取200多个大肠癌相关指标作为设计此软件的基本参数。结果软件可实现与Word有关的操作功能,简化输入方法、涵盖病人的多次住院及门诊信息;可随时调用嵌入的大肠癌国际分期标准和常用的工具,从而准确地确定病人的分期;可完成图片上传、插入、存储,图片与对应病人资料相关联;特殊用户可不修改程序随时对数据库中的某些指标进行增添及修改。结论应用此大肠癌软件系统,可提高大肠癌信息处理的准确性、标准化、系统化、全面化;绝对不会发生错分期的现象。多医院、多地区联合应用则可扩大数据库资源、提高数据的共享性和可利用度。为能满足临床、科研统一需求的信息系统的开发奠定基础。

Objective To investigate and develop a special data base software for the large bowel carcinoma and to realize the disposal,sharing and communication for the large bowel carcinoma it shall form the base of information service system for clinical and research. Methods To use the NET as the operation system, and combine Microsoft SQL Server as date base system. Current popular C/S structure at present, WINDOWS operation system act as platform, language environment VISULA BASIC compile server program. We selected more than two hundred relative indexes as basic parameter for designing this software after referring to information at home and abroad. Result This software can achieve all the function of wordlike operation. Simplifying the methods of input we can refer to the embeded international stage system for large bowel and common tool whenever necessary and stage correctly.It also can accomplish picture upload,insert, store and associate with this patient information. There is no need to amend program for the change of some parameters. Conclusion By using this software we can handle the information of large bowel promptly, correctly, standardly, systematically, and generalizationally. The incorrect stage of large bowel cancer shall never happen. It also can extend database resources, realize the sharing and increase the availability factor of this resource with the joint efforts of several hospitals or several regions. It will form the basic work of information service system for clinical and research as well.
