摘要 企业大学师资队伍的建设目标应与企业和企业大学自身的战略目标相匹配。中国人寿企业大学应建设一支包括国际一流大师、国内一流名师、省级校级名师和专业带头人、中青年骨干教师四梯队架构的高水平学习创新型教师队伍。可通过"聘"、"邀"、"融"、"转"、"引"五条渠道建构师资队伍,并通过"修"、"训"、"研"等方式促进师资队伍不断提升能力水平。企业大学师资队伍建设的效果在相当程度上依赖于学术交流等五大平台建设和激励竞争淘汰等四大机制的保障。 The goal of constructing teaching staff in a corporate university should match its own strategic goal. By employing, inviting, blending ,transiting or leading, the corporate university of China Life Insurance should construct high-level innovative teaching staff including such four echelons as world-class masters, national top-class teachers, distinguished provincial or university teacher and also young or middle-aged backbone teachers to promote teachers’ capacity and level by studying, training and doing research.To a certain extent, the effect of constructing teaching staff in a corporate university depends on such five platforms as academic exchanges and such four mechanisms as competition, motivation and elimination.
