商业健康保险职业人才培养教育模式研究

随着商业健康保险的大力发展,对社会保障作用的日益明显,商业健康保险职业人才却跟不上形式。本文从商业健康保险的现状出发,分析了目前商业健康保险职业人才存在的问题,提出了建立商业健康保险职业人才的培养教育模式。

Nowadays commerce health insurance develop rapidly and its social security function is becom- ing obvious gradually,while the number of its professional talents lags behind. This paper firstly analyzes the present situation of commerce health insurance and the problems of its professional talents,and then it suggests building educational modes of training professional talents.
