浅谈2+1教学模式下辅导员对学生的就业指导

随着高校大学毕业生数量的逐年增加及全球金融危机的影响,我国大学生就业形势进一步严峻,尤其是高职院校毕业生,面临着更大的挑战和竞争。因此,做好高职学生的就业指导工作尤为重要。本文旨在论述高职院校辅导员对学生进行就业指导的必要性和可行性,并重点分析他们在就业指导工作中的作用以及如何做好就业指导工作。

With the number of university graduates increasing every year and the global financial crisis, China’s graduate employment was further grim,especially graduates of vocational colleges,facing greater challenges and competition. Therefore,it is especially important to guide the students of vocational colleges to choose a job. This article will discuss the necessity and feasibility of the career guidance to the vocational college students,and analyze the tutors’role in career guidance and how to do the work.
