摘要
汽车钢板弹簧实施自组织配置设计是为了减少其设计计算过程的不确定性和复杂性,实现设计的快速与高效。结合产品自组织配置设计的定义、特征与钢板弹簧的组合特性,阐述了汽车钢板弹簧实现自组织配置设计过程的可行性,分析了设计中的自组织机理,描述了汽车钢板弹簧自组织配置设计过程,并提出了汽车钢板弹簧自组织配置设计过程的框架结构,从而建立了过程模型,为汽车钢板弹簧自组织配置设计的实施提供概念和原理支撑。
