黄石理工学院新生入学体检异常情况分析

Analysis on Physical Abnormalities of Freshmen Admission Medical Exam in HSIT

通过对黄石理工学院2009年新生入学体检结果的分析,了解和掌握入学新生的健康状况,为开展相应的健康教育提供科学依据。按照卫生部和教育部规定的相关要求,对2009年入学新生进行了健康检查,统计分析体检结果。结果为:体检新生6 099名,完全健康率为49.12%。牙科疾患检出率为33.38%,视力低下检出率为49.24%,耳鼻喉疾病检出率为6.93%,ALT升高检出率为2.44%,色盲和色弱检出率为1.66%,心血管疾病检出率为1.52%,肺结核检出率为0.15%。黄石理工学院新生健康状况总体良好,但仍存在问题,视力不良和牙科疾患是影响大学生健康的主要问题。学校需针对体检结果制定相应的健康教育措施,同时加强对传染病防治知识的宣传力度。

Objective： to find out the physical conditions of freshmen of Huangshi Institute for Technology （HSIT） and provide scientific basis for corresponding health education through analysis on the results of physi- cal examination among freshmen in 2009. Methods： analyzing the results of physical examination among 2009 freshmen according to the corresponding standards set up by Chinese Ministry of Health and Chinese Ministry of Education. Results： among 6099 freshmen, health rate is 49.12%, dentistry disease is 33.38% ,low vision rate is 49.24%, E. N. T. disease rate is 6.93%, unexplained elevated ALT activity rate is 2.44%, Color blindness and color amblyopia rate is 1.66%, angiocardiopathy rate is 1.52%, and tuberculosis rate is 0. 15%. Conclusion ： the general health conditions among freshmen are good while problems exist, poor sight and dentistry disease being the main problem affecting college students＇ health. The administration shall set up corresponding health education measures according to the results of physical examination and go into overdrive to publicize infectious disease control and prevention.
