An Analysis of Governmental Responsibility in the Perspective of Public Policy——Taking the Collapse of Hongji Bridge during Water Testing as an Example

随着经济的发展和社会的进步,政府的职能也在悄然地发生变化。我国各级政府都在根据自己的情况发展服务型政府,把为人民服务、为群众办实事作为自己工作的重点,这是未来社会发展的方向。以弘济桥试水坍塌事件为例,从公共政策的角度找出存在差距的原因,进而提出一些有针对性的解决方案。

With the economic development and social progress, the function of government has experienced great changes. Governments at all levels are developing service-oriented governments and focusing on serving the people and doing practical things for the masses in accordance with their own situations, which is the future direction of social development. In the perspective of public policy, this paper takes the collapse of Hongji Bridge during water testing as an example and discusses the reasons why governmental responsibility is not fully fulfilled.
