摘要
随着我国高等教育规模的快速扩大,大学生就业日益成为经济增长的重要促进因素,更是全社会关注的热点。以江苏地区大学生为例,分别从经济学角度分析了供给因素对大学生就业的影响和女大学生就业歧视的现象;从社会学角度分析了大学生社会化水平、社会人格、户籍制度、社会保障制度等对大学生就业的制约,提出了如何改善高校毕业生就业状况的建议。
With the fast extension of higher education, the employment of college students is becoming an important factor which promotes the development of economy and catching the attention of the whole society. The paper analyzes the effect of supply factor on the employment of college students and the discrimination against female college students in employment from the perspective of economics. It also analyzes the restrictions on the employment of college students in terms of sociology including level of socialization, social personality, household registration system, and social security system. It puts forward suggestions on how to improve the employment of college students.
