摘要
罗尔斯在《正义论》一书中论述了正义的两大原则:平等自由原则和机会的公正平等原则与差别原则。从罗尔斯的"正义论"视角出发,分析其理论对我国构建公正的教育体系的重要启示和借鉴意义。
