摘要
短跑是田径运动的基础,其技术的合理与否是提高运动成绩的关键。通过对短跑技术动作的分析,特别是对短跑过程中髋部动作的特征分析,认为短跑力量训练应以发展专项摆动力量为主,一般力量训练为辅,从发展摆动动作的肌群力量着手,在优先发展髋部屈肌肌群力量与上下肢力量均衡协调的基础上改进短跑技术。
Sprint is the foundation of track and field, Sprint techniques play a key role in athletes' performance, By analyzing sprint techniques, especially the characteristics of hip movement in sprint, this paper argues that strength training should give priority to the training of swing strength and stats with the fraining of musde power to ensure the development of hip flexor musde power as well as the balance of lower limb power and upper limb power.
