范永升教授辨治皮肤病的验案举隅

Clinical Eexperience of Professor FAN Yong-sheng on proved cases of syndrome differentiation and treatment in dermatogic diseases

通过分析范永升教授治疗系统性红斑狼疮蝶形红斑、结节性红斑、银屑病、荨麻疹的4个临床验案,总结出其治疗皮肤病的临证特色,范教授认为这些皮肤病以热、瘀为病机特点,确立清热解毒、凉血祛瘀为核心治法。

By analyzing four proved cases of dermatogic diseases：erythema of systemic lupus erythematosus,psoriasis,erythema nodosum,and urticaria,which were treated by Professor FAN Yong-sheng,clinical feature in treating these dermatogic diseases iswas summarized.He considered that the pathogenesis of these dermatogic diseases iswas mainly based on heat and blood stasis.Clearing heat and removing toxin,cooling blood and removing blood stasis arewere the therapeutic core.
