利湿化瘀中药对慢性盆腔炎血液流变学及血清C-反应蛋白的影响 被引量:67

Research of clearing away damp and removing blood stasis therapeutic method for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease' hemorheology and serum C-reactive protein

摘要 目的:观察利湿化瘀中药对慢性盆腔炎血液流变学及血清C-反应蛋白的影响。方法:符合诊断标准的60例慢性盆腔炎患者按照1:1的比例随机分成两组。以利湿化瘀药组成的利湿化瘀方治疗30例,并以中药妇乐冲剂治疗的30例作对照。同时对两组患者进行治疗前后血液流变学、血清C-反应蛋白检测及局部体征与中医证候的评分。结果:治疗组、对照组愈显率分别为80.00%、36.67%,总有效率分别为90.00%、56.67%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均可使异常升高的血液流变学、血清C-反应蛋白指标降低,但治疗组明显优于对照组,两组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:运用利湿化瘀法治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著,能改善全身及盆腔的血液循环,改善组织营养,提高机体的新陈代谢,有利于盆腔炎性分泌物的消散和吸收,从而达到治疗的目的。 Objective:To observe the effect of cleaning away damp and removing blood stasis therapeutic method for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID).Methods:Clinical evaluations were made on 60 patients suffering from CPID.They were randomly divided into two groups in the proportion of 1 to 1.Thirty patients were treated by the method of clearing away damp and removing blood stasis compared with thirty patients who were treated by Fule Chongji.All patients were evaluated at physical sign integrals,syndrom integrals and improving the hemodynamics,serum C-reactive protein.Results:Intreatment group,the cure rate and total effective rate were 66.67% and 90.00% respectively,and 20.00% and 56.67% in control group respectively.After the treatment the hemodynaics and serum C-reactive protein of both groups were significantly reduced,there was markedly difference between the two groups before and after the treatment(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Clearing away damp and removing blood stasis therapeutic method possesses marked effect for CPID,which can improve the blood circle of the whole body and the pelvic,the nourish of the orgnism and the body's obsorption and cleariness so as to improve the clinical sympotoms.
