Rheumatoid arthritis is belong to TCM from clinical manifestations ＇Lijiebing＇,＇Lijiefeng＇,＇bizheng＇category.In the ancient literature about bizheng and the relevant expositions fell evil are very abundant.Viewpoint of latent pathogenic factors causing Bi is put forward through a detailed research of the theory of latent pathogenic factors.Recurrent mechanism of rheumatoid arthritis is stated based on the viewpoint.Syndrome characteristics of Bi caused by latent pathogenic factors are summarized.A new idea of treatment for Bi caused by latent pathogenic factors is promoted combined with syndrome characteristics and clinical manifestations.
